Counseling and Art Therapy
As a trauma-informed and person-centered therapist, I offer counseling and art therapy to individuals in the Los Angeles area, and virtually in California. My approach integrates traditional counseling with art therapy techniques to provide a holistic and personalized healing experience.
Creative expression is an ancient and deeply human form of healing and communication. Art therapy uses a range of creative, expressive and artistic practices to address psychological and emotional needs, support self discovery, access healing from emotional challenges, process pain and loss, and find ways to heal from our trauma. Art therapy involves engaging with your creativity supported by psychotherapeutic theories and techniques to enhance a person’s physical, mental, and emotional health.
Psychotherapy
Using a client-centered approach, I work alongside clients to help explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we work towards personal growth and healing. I view therapy as collaborative, and see clients as experts on themselves - we move in the directions and at the pace that best fits you and your goals in therapy.
