About Me

I earned a Dual Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling & Art Therapy from Southwestern College & New Earth Institute. My initial training and experience has been working with individuals and groups in the Los Angeles area seeking treatment and recovery for substance and alcohol abuse. Through this work, I have a range of experience working with people of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, gender identities and trauma histories. Although my areas of focus has been within the LGBTQIA+ and queer communities, I enjoy working with people in all stages of healing, growth and change.

Alongside the power of traditional therapies, I believe in the power of creativity and expression to allow us access to parts of ourselves, heal, and transform our relationships with our selves and those in our lives. My professional background has primarily been in support of nonprofit, education and mission-driven organizations seeking to impact our communities. I am a third-generation therapist, have forever been an artist, and find this work to be deeply meaningful and engaging. I am so honored to be able to do this work alongside you.

Working with Me

My Rate

Fees

My rate to work with individuals is $200/session, and $220/session to see couples.

Accessibility to care is an important part of this work, and providing quality, consistent access to care to those who are less able to access mental health support and other supportive services is central to why I chose to do this work. To that end, I offer limited sliding scale options for those who are unable to meet my full fee. Priority is given to women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.

While my fee may seem high for therapy, the cost reflects a variety of circumstances including my formal education, state and national licensing board fees, supervision, specialized training, continuing education and resources, and living expenses. Additionally, those who can afford my full fee are directly supporting others with limited resources who are able to take advantage of my sliding scale spots.
